Worship

“O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker.” Psalms 95:6

We belong to God. We put God first in everything. God is with us every step of the way.

What is worship like at Eastminster?

Worship is where we come as we are—and encounter God together.

Some of us arrive full of joy.
Some of us come carrying a heavy week.
Most of us are somewhere in between.

Wherever you are, you are welcome here.

At Eastminster, worship is simple and real.
We sing. We pray. We listen for God’s Word.
We make space for silence, for laughter, and sometimes even for tears.

We believe worship isn’t about having it all together—
it’s about turning our hearts toward God in the middle of real life.

And something happens when we do.

We begin to see differently.
We remember we’re not alone.
We find hope, even in hard seasons.

God meets us here—not because we’ve earned it,
but because God is gracious and present.

And over time, worship doesn’t just stay in the sanctuary— it shapes how we live.

It gives us strength for the week ahead.
It draws us closer to one another.
It sends us out to love and serve in our community.

Because worship isn’t just something we attend—it’s something that changes us.

  • Sunday morning greetings at Eastminster church

    Worship on Sunday mornings

Together on Sunday mornings, we gather to worship God with music, prayer, teaching, and connecting with others. Sometimes we celebrate sacraments like the Lord’s Supper.

    Worship through life events

We worship God when we include His presence in life events like weddings, baptisms (children and adults), and funerals.

Contact staff about a wedding, baptism, or funeral.

    Worship at special services

We celebrate many special events like Christmas, Easter, Epiphany, Pentecost, Lent.

These special events are reminders of parts of God's story, like birthday or anniversary celebrations.
