On Saturday, September 12th Belleville is holding an "Open Doors" and the group will be taking advantage of this opportunity to visit City Hall.  We will be lunching at Bourbon Street Pizza in the Market Square at 12:30 pm!  Carpooling will be available for those wishing to do so.  Meet-up at the church at10:30am., leaving at 10:45 am.  Lunch at 12:30 pm.  The sign-up sheet can be found at the Welcome Desk.

NOTE: As City Hall is centrally located, carpooling will be as follows: those living in the East will meet at the Church and those living in the West will meet at the Shoppers Drug Mart plaza at Sidney & Bridge St.  If you are able to be a designated driver, please let Kimber know. (Kimber can accommodate 3 people coming from the West end.)  Please indicate your need for a ride and from which end, on the sign-up sheet.  Meet-up at the pickup sites @ 10:30am., leaving @  10:45 am. Lunch @ 12:30 pm.
